Before You Arrive
There's no need to prepare extensively. Wear clothes that are comfortable and representative of your usual style. If you have reference images of suits you admire, bring them — they help us understand your aesthetic preferences.
The Welcome
You'll be greeted in our showroom and offered a drink. We believe the bespoke experience should feel luxurious from the moment you walk in. Relax — there's no pressure and no hard sell.
The Conversation
Before we take a single measurement, we talk. What occasions do you need the garment for? What's your lifestyle like? Do you prefer a slim silhouette or a more classic cut? These answers shape everything that follows.
Measurements
We take over 30 measurements — far more than any off-the-rack or made-to-measure process. We also note your posture, any asymmetries, and how you naturally stand. These observations are as important as the numbers.
Fabric Selection
This is where the fun begins. We'll guide you through our fabric library, explaining the properties of different weaves, weights, and fibers. You'll feel each fabric, see how it drapes, and choose the one that speaks to you.
Design Decisions
Together, we'll choose every detail: lapel style, button stance, pocket configuration, lining, and more. We'll show you examples and make recommendations, but every decision is yours.
Timeline and Investment
At the end of your consultation, we'll discuss timeline (typically 6-8 weeks) and pricing. Our garments represent a significant investment in quality and craftsmanship that will serve you for years.
What Happens Next
Your pattern is drafted, fabric is ordered, and construction begins. We'll contact you for your first fitting, where you'll see your garment taking shape.
